Reconditioning of Variable Vane units ( VNT) is carried out on all major brands of turbochargers, Garrett, Toyota, IHI, Mitsubishi, Borg Warner for passenger cars, Suv's, utes and small trucks. We have in house VNT flow testing facilities to be able to correctly calibrate these units for trouble free motoring.
We are also able to rebuild and modify all types of Garrett Ball Bearing turbos. No need to pay for an expensive cartridge or Supercore if your rotating assembly is not damaged and the bearings are just noisy.
